The Division of Transportation provides para-transit services to senior citizens (age 60+) and persons with disabilities (age 18+) for medical, employment, workshops, senior centers, and other destinations. Casino Revenue Fund

In 1977 legislation was signed into law and the Constitution was amended, which permitted casino gambling in Atlantic City to provide 8% of yearly casino gross receipts for deposit into the Casino Revenue Fund (CRF). The legislation specified that CRF money should be used solely for programs that serve seniors and persons with disabilities.
