Somerset County Holiday Transportation Services Update

SOMERVILLE, NJ – The Somerset County Transportation Division will be offering limited transportation services during the holiday weekend, Friday, Dec. 23, through Monday, Dec. 26.

Paratransit services will only be available for dialysis trips. Public transit shuttles will not be operating during this time, including CAT, DASH, and SCOOT.

Home delivered meals will not be delivered Dec. 23 or Dec. 26. Clients are encouraged to use frozen and shelf-stable meals that were delivered earlier in the season.

Somerset County Transportation
Provides para-transit services to senior citizens (age 60+) and persons with disabilities (age 18+) for medical, employment, workshops, senior centers, and other destinations as predetermined. The division also provides community transportation to the general public along fixed routes as indicated on the pre-printed time schedules.
