Somerset County to Collect South Bound Brook Recycling on Wednesdays Beginning Aug. 11, 2021

New Schedule Is Part of an Ongoing Effort to Provide Quality Service

 

 

SOUTH BOUND BROOK, NJ – As a continuing effort to better serve its residents, the Somerset County Recycling Division will adjust South Bound Brook’s recycling schedule to every other Wednesday beginning Aug. 11, 2021.

The new recycling schedule for South Bound Brook begins Aug. 11 and continues every other Wednesday on the following dates: Aug. 25, Sept. 8, 22, Oct. 6, 20, Nov. 3, 17, and Dec. 1, 15, and 29.

 

Somerset County Reduces, Reuses and Recycles

The Recycling Division collects recyclable materials from county residents, public schools, municipal and county facilities. Collections are then processed into marketable post-consumer commodities.

 

Somerset County sponsors free events, such as First Saturday of the Month Drop-off, Electronic Waste Drop-off, Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off and Operation Secure Shred.
